All of our services are there in place to ensure you really excel on this journey and that we are here for you, as your support system, to help you through and through. Our help and support extends to WhatsApp communication, building our community, and in really helping you work on the mental health aspect of things. Our in-house personal trainer Holly is here to help you physically with your training. Holly is based from our private studio in Uxbridge, West London. Holly comes from a background where she has been through her own weight loss journey and has lost an impressive 5 stone over the past few years. She is someone who can understand the journey and its struggles and that is why she is working with our clients in-person to help them further reach their goals.

FAQ's

Will I see results quickly?

This will depend on how your body is responding and how much effort you put into the programme. If you put in 50% effort, you will get 50% results.

Can I have a cheat meal?

This will be more so based around your social life. Ekam will guide you on how to make smarter choices to ensure you still get the results whilst enjoying that balance.

What happens after I finish the 8/12 week programme?

Once you have completed 12 weeks, you are eligible to move onto our lowest price package, which is the recurring monthly coaching.

Why should I stay longer than 12 weeks?

12 weeks is a good amount of time to see positive changes in your mindset, discipline and body! It’s a good starting point, however the journey never ends there!
There is a process if you are looking to keep your results sustainable and long-term. This process takes time and cannot be completed in 12 weeks.
Some avenues that BodyByEkam clients have gone through after their 12 weeks are:
- Reverse Dieting
- Bulking
- Transitioning from a meal plan to MyFitnessPal
- Practising mindful eating
