BodyByEkam is a female-led brand that supports people not only on their fitness journey but also physically and mentally. BodyByEkam believes and teaches the importance of discipline over motivation. Creating a balanced lifestyle and consistent habits are just a few key steps BodyByEkam coaches its clients on.
Who is Ekam?
Ekam, the director and coach of BBE, has been through the same journey of trying to lose weight whilst going through peaks and troughs in her journey.
With the goal of giving people that extra push to take that next step on their fitness journey, Ekam has helped hundreds of people by changing their lives through building healthy sustainable habits.
Online coaching is like having a virtual PT who will help guide and support you through your journey. When you sign up to a package you will be working closely with Ekam, who will provide you with a meal plan and exercise plan.
The meal plan is tailor made and is based upon your preferences. (Including vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians, as well as any intolerances or allergies)

Throughout the programme, I felt truly invested in and committed to. I’ve worked with other PTs, where I have felt lost in amongst the long lists of clients, and not given more time and effort to decipher bad habits and mindset. Ekam really cares and caters her approach to her clients. She has worked to provide an all around amazing support package to help to understand nutrition, exercise, strength, and most importantly, mindset changes. She gives tough love when needed and guidance always, and strives for long term sustainable change and not just weight loss as the only result. Working with her has been really great and I have enjoyed the process!
I did the 8 week BodyByEkam programme with my main goals being to become stronger and leaner and it was the first investment I made in my health and has been so worthwhile. The meal plan was tailored to my preferences and I never felt like I was starving myself. This went hand in hand with workouts and weekly check ins that not only focused on the scale but my mood, my water intake, etc. I don’t think there is another program like this and I’m really happy with the outcome of my programme with over a stone loss and habits that I can take forward with me.
Ekam has the knowledge of what works and if you’re willing to put in the work, you can get amazing results. Her straight talking yet understanding and motivating approach is everything you need in a good coach and I wish I would have signed up sooner xx <3
Even though I’ve not been with Ekam for long, it feels like I have! Since the day I contacted her, to our first trial session and then beyond I’ve been at ease! It’s The first time in a while having a PT again who really listens, supports and helps you understand why you are doing what you are doing and how to do this effectively. Before, it’s just the PT telling me what to do at the gym but I am learning so much with Ekam on the way already so I can also train myself outside of our sessions together. For a very long time, I have been lost in my diet and routine and truly became a concern for myself, But in a short amount of time, Ekam has helped me come on track and improve this where I’m making healthy choices but not feeling like I’m compromising or restricting on what I can or cannot eat. I have never felt better and am only looking forward long-term with Ekam to meet my long-term goal for keeping fit, healthy and being happy within myself! I truly thank Ekam for always being there when I need. Answering all my questions, making sessions so fun and always motivating me! Best decision I have made! Thank you!
2 months ago I decided to message Ekam about online coaching sessions. I was apprehensive about them at first as they’d be online coaching instead of in person PT but honestly I think it’s one of the best decisions I made! She’s so encouraging and has helped me so much to develop consistency despite me being a student and working super long hours. The plans she advises are super realistic and catered to me specifically and I love that she takes the time every week to check in! After putting on a lot of weight at uni I tried to drop it myself but I couldn’t get rid of it and within weeks of me working with Ekam I started to lose it despite of having evenings where I’d have drink with the girls! She’s taught me how to balance my social and work life along with my diet and to actually think about when it’s worth having a take away or to wait until a better opportunity when it’ll actually be worth it. Especially whilst also trying to regulate my periods and they’ve never been consistent. Honestly so excited to see the new results going into the new year and to work with her longer and see what else we can do!
